Mondo Travel's "WA Tasting Lounge"

New Zealand-born and head chef at Cullen restaurant, Matt Egan will be at Mondo Travel's TASTING LOUNGE to showcase the influences of his adopted home in the Margaret River region of Western Australia.

Matt is bringing Cullen winemaker Trevor Kent to serve up a tantalising selection of wines to compliment the 3 course meal, prepared by himself and TV Chef Brett McGregor.

Matt's philosophy on food? "We take a holistic approach to our menu with a light, healthy and simple style that allows the produce to speak for itself."

While our world-class chefs concoct Western Australian delights, you'll be entertained by Maitre d' Jackie Clarke, and the musical stylings of Tuxedo Swing, followed by a charity auction that could see you winning flights and accommodation, so you get to experience the sun, surf and friendly locals of WA for yourself!

TASTING LOUNGE is a fundraising event in aid of Mobility Dogs, an incredibly worthy group, who train dogs to assist New Zealanders with physical disabilities.
