Warm conditions combined with rain from late spring thunderstorms enhanced the quality of fruit harvested in 2007. This naturally fermented wine is a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Merlot. It displays ripe, densely flavoured fruits complemented by fine-grained tannins. The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 20 months. Please enjoy this wine from now to 10 years.
