This sparkling wine was vintaged in 2008 and disgorged in 2012 after three years on lees. These Merlot grapes were grown on the Mangan Vineyard to produce a vibrant, fresh and fruity wine.
This Rosé has been made from the Malbec from the Mangan vineyard with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cullen Vineyard. It was hand harvested and sorted then made in the traditional French Saigné method after spending three hours on skins.
The 2010 season produced wines which were abundant in fruit and had excellent balance. In accordance with biodynamic principles, the grapes were hand harvested on fruit days from the Cabernet Sauvignon vines, which are now 39 years old.

This Chardonnay was made from fruit grown on three separate blocks, in which the loamy surface soil overlays laterite and clay. The oldest Chardonnay vines were planted in 1976 and the youngest in 1988 and thus even the latter are well over twenty years old.

This is a great wine and one of the very finest Bordeaux blends ever produced at Cullens. It was made using all of the five red grape varieties of Bordeaux, with Cabernet Sauvignon comprising three quarters of the blend.
