Cullen Wines Receives a 2017 AGFG Chef’s Hat Award
The annual Australian Good Food and Travel Guide (AGFG) reviews have just been announced, and Cullen Wines has once again been awarded a 2017 ‘Chef’s Hat’ in recognition of the excellent standard of food produced.
These awards are judged with the utmost integrity and are based on 6 key criteria; Ingredients, Taste, Presentation, Technique, Value and Consistency.
This year there were 408 restaurants in Australia awarded Chef’s Hats; 25 of these were in Perth, and eight in the Southwest and Margaret River in WA.
The talented kitchen team at Cullen Wines is lead by Executive Chef Iain Robertson and the seasonal menu features local organic ingredients, and produce from Cullen’s own biodynamic gardens. All of which are created to showcase Cullen’s outstanding biodynamic fine wines.
