2020 Late Harvest Chenin Blanc
The Chenin Blanc was cane cut before being hand-picked on the 10th of March during the perigee Full Moon, the last day of harvest. Capturing the beautiful natural acidity of Chenin, the wine was chilled to finish with 120g/L of sugar. 375mL bottle.
A delicious dessert wine that should gain further complexity with age.
