A traditional white Bordeaux blend of 73% Sauvignon Blanc and 27% Semillon. Surprisingly, the alcohol is only 10.9%. Light straw color with green glints. Oak aging imparts a rich, buttery vanilla and spice frame for the fleshy tropical fruit and citrus aromas. There’s a solid acid backbone evident in the mouth, a persistent thread of minerality, and a white peach flavor. An ageworthy white that may surprise in a decade.
