Friday June 19th saw a glamorous and dazzling turn out of some of Perth’s young professionals at the long awaited ‘Winter Ball’ at Government House. Hosted by Azure Capital and with Cullen Wines as a major sponsor, the special event supported the Piddington Justice Project, which is aimed assisting underfunded community legal centres and giving young lawyers an opportunity for valuable experience.

The 400+ crowd enjoyed Cullen Wines 2014 Mangan Vineyard Merlot Petit Verdot and the 2014 Mangan Vineyard Semillon Sauvignon Blanc with their catered meal. They also got to sample the highly anticipated New Releases of the 2013 Diana Madeline and 2013 Kevin John along with the popular 2014 Amber and 2014 Preservative Free Merlot at the Tasting Station manned by professional staff from the Cullen Winery, who led the guest through these exclusive tastings during the evening.

Short and entertaining speeches by John Poynton AO , Chairman of Azure Capital, the Hon. Mathias Cormann MP Minster for Finance, Vanya Cullen, and Chief Justice Wayne Martin AC completed the formalities of the evening and the elegantly dressed crowd went on to enjoy dancing and socialising into the evening.
