At Cullen Wines, British born chef David Hull serves relaxed lunches on the terrace overlooking the vines. As Margaret River’s first biodynamic vineyard, pioneered by winemaker Vanya Cullen, the biodynamic philosophy extends to the produce used in the restaurant.
“The entire menu revolves around using fresh local ingredients. Fruit and vegetables are harvested from Cullen’s biodynamic garden on a daily basis,” David says. Two vegetable gardens supply an abundance of variety throughout the year: one is located behind the winery, and another has been planted across the road for diversified growing.
