Made from certified biodynamic, carbon positive fruit grown on both Mangan and Cullen vineyards in Wilyabrup, this wine represents the fun and joyful side of biodynamics. A refreshing blend of 67% sauvignon blanc, 30% semillon and 3% verdelho, with no oak.
Winemaker Notes
Vineyard: 79% Mangan Vineyard, 21% Cullen Vineyard
Varieties: 67% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon, 3% Verdelho
Harvest: 8th -29th February, fruit and flower days
Oak: Nil
Alcohol: 13.0%
