The Moon is the most important planet in our biodynamic practice and the Sun gives us life … we honour the Moon in the naming of this wine.
Biodynamically farmed grapes were co-fermented without using any additions of yeast or acid. Created using the saignée method of red grape varieties, it is a wine style to enjoy now, under the full moonlight or any other time – life is a dance!
Vintage Notes
2022 vintage grew wines of immense perfume and texture. The cooler season and low yields ensured that the health of the vines and hence the fruit quality. Exceptionally good for chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and of course Cabernet Sauvignon.

This Dancing in the Moonlight Rosé from Cullen Wines is a blend of grape varieties, which have had minimal skin contact time to ensure vibrancy of colour and flavour. Slow fermentation has given this wine time to integrate the flavours of the varieties, making an easy drinking enjoyable rosé for all occasions.
