The Moon is the most important planet in our biodynamic practice and the Sun gives us life … we honour the Sun in the naming of this wine.
Made from fruit grown on both the Cullen and Mangan vineyards, this wine represents the fun and joyful side of Biodynamics. A refreshing blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon with a touch of verdelho and chardonnay, to be enjoyed with friends while… dancing in the sun.
Winemaker Notes
Vineyard: 52% Mangan Vineyard, 48% Cullen Vineyard
Varieties: 62% sauvignon blanc, 36% semillon, 1% verdelho, 1% chardonnay
Harvest: 22nd February – 7th March, fruit and flower days
Oak: A small portion in older oak for 6 months
Alcohol: 13.0%
