2023 PF Malbec

2023 vintage saw a cold and wet growing season October, November, December, followed by a dry and hot January February ,March. It was harvested  from 100% biodynamic certified fruit ,on a biodynamic new moon flower day and fruit day and left on skins 22 days.

It has been fermented naturally with no added yeast or tannin and acid. A pure example of Malbec variety.

Colour: Deep purple, inky deep Bouquet: Astonishing fresh aromas of flowers, rose, violets, with pomegranate, cherry, blackberry, ironstone Food: Rack of lamb, jasmine smoked trout, roast root vegetables Palate: Soft silky tannins and rich jube blackcurrant flavours, laced with basil, thyme, and velvety dark chocolate. Dense juicy fruit and delicious finish
